Leadership coaching involves creating awareness through feedback and data points. There are numerous 360 tools available to begin the process. The number of sessions will be determined depending upon the need and are scheduled to provide opportunity for application.
The success of the engagement is dependent upon the rapport and trust between the coach and leader.
Resources from both business and psychology are provided to elevate performance.
