Gabrielle has extensive experience in coaching in Leadership providing a safe environment for leaders to create self-awareness and develop their authentic leadership style. She utilises contemporary knowledge in both leadership and positive psychology and wellbeing and these are imbedded within her suite of offerings.

Using high level facilitation techniques Gabrielle utilises her knowledge from evidence-based practice and insight to engage leaders to enable reflection and constructive challenge which results in intelligent solutions to the challenges leaders are facing.

She develops a psychologically safe environment to enable the collective intelligence of the group, leading to innovative outcomes. She develops process that is highly engaging and takes into account learning styles and wellbeing science to lift capability and performance.
